Our head chef is a British-born culinary expert with more than three decades of experience in restaurants across the UK. His culinary journey transformed when he trained under renowned Italian chefs who shaped his understanding of authentic Italian cuisine. He learned the true essence of Italian cooking: keep it simple, honour tradition, and let quality ingredients shine.

Known especially for his exceptional meat and chicken dishes, he brings depth, precision and heartfelt passion to every plate. Whether it’s a silky pasta dish, a tender cut of meat or a rustic Italian classic, he cooks to delight, inspired by the flavours and techniques of Italy. For him, cooking isn’t a career — it’s a lifelong passion. His mission is to make every guest feel like they are eating in Italy, right here in Farnham.
